A New Book Club 2012

The book we will be considering this time is called 'Practise Resurrection' by Eugene Peterson.

The book is based on what it means for us 'to grow up' and progress in our faith. Peterson challenges us to consider what it means to be a group of people who worship together on a regular basis.

He says, 'Sooner or later if we are serious about growing up in Christ, we have to deal with church. I say sooner. I want to begin with church. Many Christians find church to be the most difficult aspect of being a Christian.' So here is a challenge!

The book can be downloaded via amazon if you have a kindle or iPad or bought as a book (you know that paper thing!)

All are welcome, there will be two groups running and you can chop and change depending on your commitments.
